 Rinse your rice: |
Be gentle while rinsing the rise. |

Do not rub the rice grains or you will lose valuable nutrients. |
 Measure the water: |
(The amount of water is adjustable based on personal cooking habits) |

[For polished rice] use a 1:1 ratio of 1 cup of rice to 1 (or 0.95) cup of water. |

[For brown rice] use a 1:1.2~1.5 ratio of 1 cup of rice to 1.2~1.5 cups of water. |

[For finest rice] use a 1:0.9 ratio of 1 cup of rice to 1 (or 0.85) cup of water.) |
 Soak the rice: |
[For polished rice] soak the rice for thirty minutes according to the above rice-to-water ratio. Then, press the switch to turn on the rice cooker. |

[[For brown rice] soak the rice for one hour according to the above rice-to-water ratio. Then, press the switch to turn on the rice cooker. |

 Let the rice rest: |
When the rice is done, the switch of the rice cooker will click. Open the lid to fluff the rice and press the switch again to dry out the cooked rice.
